Hi, I’m Todd, based in Santa Barbara, CA. My father was in the mortgage industry and corporate banking all my life, inspiring me to join the field. In 1980, I began as an appraiser trainee and worked my way up through roles like loan officer, wholesale rep, branch manager, and regional senior vice president. Since 2008-09, my focus has been on originating home loans.

I offer a proven record of success in loan origination, appraisal, operations, and credit analysis. As your loan officer, I provide superior service based on my extensive background in all facets of home financing.
