Deborah Regan has been involved in sales and finance since receiving her business degree from the University of Colorado at Denver. After many years of working in cold-call sales, she settled into a flourishing career in lending/real estate.

Following a successful career as a Realtor she transitioned her real estate career into residential lending. She continues to grow her 12-year long career in the industry. She is constantly educating herself on new guidelines and real estate regulations. She is able to navigate her clients through the loan process and help educate them on the changing guidelines in this industry. Her areas of expertise include FHA, VA, Conventional loans, refinances and down payment assistance programs.

She prides herself on top notch customer service and the ability to determine the best loan products for each customer. She is a native of Colorado. She is married to her husband Sean and they have 3 wonderful children. She enjoys spending time with the family, playing tennis or going to the theater to see a Broadway show.
