Answer: I’m a husband I’m a dad. I love sports. Exercising, staying healthy.
When did you start the branch?
Answer: It all started when I opened my own company in 2006. Originally licensed in Florida as a loan officer in 1997 and then moved back up to Massachusetts and worked for a mortgage broker for 11 years and in the middle of that, formed my own company and went out on my own in 2008.
Why did you decide to go out on your own and start the new company?
Answer:
I felt l could do it better and grow a company myself.
What was the mission at the start of the company?
Answer: Help as many families as possible.
What made you choose New Hampshire for your business?
Answer: I live in Salem, NH. Salem has everything really, aside from the ocean because I love the ocean. Salem has everything – shopping, it’s a great community, small but yet it’s big all at the same time.
What about your lifestyle contributes to your success as a loan officer and branch manager?
Answer: My lifestyle… my commitment to being ethical.
Describe your management style
Answer: Hands-off. It’s pretty much let people figure their own path out with some guidance when needed. I feel like for me as an individual I don’t like someone breathing down my neck, so I don’t micro-manage. No micromanaging.
