About Bill

After more than 24 years of mortgage industry experience, I still love helping families and individuals finance their dream homes and make wise decisions to benefit their financial futures. Success is a happy borrower, a satisfied real estate agent, and long-lasting friendships.

If I had to pick one type of loan as my favorite, I’d have to say VA. My father commanded a destroyer in World War II, and I was raised to respect and honor our military. Providing VA loans is one way I can use my expertise to help those who give so much for our country. I’m proficient in all types of mortgage programs in addition to VA, including jumbo and conventional with fixed and adjustable rates, FHA, and USDA.

When we work together, you’ll find I am tenacious, detail-oriented, and your complete advocate! I want you to have the easiest, best experience so we can get to the finish line quickly. I’ll stay on top of your loan and keep you informed, but you can always call, email, or text me for a fast response. When you put your trust in me, I’ll make sure it’s warranted.

When I’m not helping my clients, I enjoy being with my wonderful wife of almost 34 years. We love time with our family, attending concerts and sporting events, and visiting the beach.
