MEET YOUR LOAN OFFICER

About Jay

I live by the mantra facta, non verba – deeds not words. From start to finish, I’ll stop at nothing to close on your ideal home loan. Whether you want to buy a home, refinance, or renovate, I offer a variety of programs to fit your goals. From conventional and jumbo to FHA and VA, we will discuss specifics and personalize the mortgage experience to fit your needs.

No matter if this is your first loan or your ninth, you are my priority. I’ll begin by listening to your homeownership dreams and goals and answer your questions about how to achieve them. We will discuss the steps involved in home financing, making clear what happens from application to closing. I will provide updates and answers to your questions, and we’ll walk together every step of the way.

I have lived and worked in north Florida for over twenty years. I’m married with three children and a whole mess of pets. I earned a finance degree from the University of North Florida, and am currently a resident member of the St. Johns County Affordable Housing Advisory Committee (AHAC).
