About Karen

I am a Spanish/English bilingual mortgage consultant. My love of the Spanish language began at a young age due to Latin roots and resulted in a Bachelor's degree in Spanish, a stint in Hispanic advertising and ultimately led me to mortgage. I have been helping Spanish and English- speaking people to finance the homes of their dreams since 2001. I excel at FHA /VA, conventional, jumbo and down payment assistance programs. And I can easily point someone with credit challenges to the right place to get help. In short, the length of time on the job helps me to assist my clients with every facet of the mortgage process. A few very important things I have learned from life and from my years serving people in the mortgage industry are that listening, putting my client's needs first and being accessible are of utmost importance. Along the way, I have also learned how to balance the convenience of technology with the above-mentioned priorities.

I am a mother of three wonderful daughters, who are all successfully launched adults. I am a California native and have lived in this great state all of my life, enjoying everything from the Southern California beaches and warm weather to the lush Northern California wooded areas and wineries. I love spending time with friends and family and we often hike, dance and exercise together. How can I share my mortgage knowledge, experience and love of California with you to help you to achieve your dreams?
