During this chaotic time, it may seem easier to let in stress and negativity. Instead, use this time to reflect on the postivity that we can bring forth into our communities and into the world.
I found this article by Ciara Conlon titled, 9 Productive Things to Do Instead of Complaining and thought I would share it all with you. Considering all the recent events that have transpired in our world, it is very easy to look around and complain about our current situation. Negative thoughts can enter our mind just as quickly as positive ones can leave.
What we are facing currently is a series of unfortunate events that has affected all of us and our everyday lives. What I ask of each one of you today is: use this time that we have now to reflect on the postivity that we can bring forth into our communities and into the world. Spend time allowing positive thoughts to consume you while negativity leaves your mind. And most importantly, remember that we will get through this together. Like every challenge we face in our lives, big and small, we conquer it and we become stronger.
