About Norliza

With more than 30 years of experience in the mortgage industry, Norliza Rodriguez continues to maintain her energy and attention to each loan transaction. She finds solutions and lessons to any challenges presented to her. Norliza's key priority is to win her clients' and referral partners' trust and be acknowledged for her honesty and sincerity in doing business.

Norliza was born and raised in the Philippines where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Banking and Finance. Years after migrating to the United States, she received a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Phoenix. As if her experience and education were not enough, Norliza took her Real Estate Broker license to gain hands-on selling experience and have a better understanding of her real estate referral partners' responsibilities.

Norliza serves as a board member of AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association of America) and is a long-time affiliated member of PSAR (Pacific Southwest Association of Realtors). She attends educational workshops to stay knowledgeable on real estate/mortgage regulations and frequently joins networking events to surround herself with other professionals.

It is important for Norliza to balance her life. She likes to go camping, ride jet skis, have simple picnics at the park, go to the gym, and have family movie or board game nights.
