About Paul

I’m a history buff who earned a Bachelor of Education in 2019 with a concentration in history. While I love American history, I transitioned away from education, first exploring the real estate industry before joining the mortgage lending business since I’ve always enjoyed working with numbers. I specialize in making a process that seems complicated feel easy. I love working with first-time homebuyers in Stark and Summit Counties to achieve their homeownership dreams – sometimes with the assistance of a down payment assistance program, too.

When you work with me, I simplify home financing. I’ll take the time to walk you through each step of the mortgage process, answer your questions and concerns, and keep you up to date on your loan’s status. From start to finish, I want to make sure you feel confident your mortgage is moving smoothly to closing.

On a personal note, I got married in May 2022, and we’re excited to welcome our first child in July 2023! In my spare time, I’ve coached football and wrestling since 2016 and enjoy being with family, playing video games, and watching football.
