MEET YOUR LOAN OFFICER

About Jenifer

I entered the mortgage industry in 2006, after an introduction from a friend who believed I had what it takes to work with borrowers and their unique goals. I took time out to raise my daughter, returned to work as a processor, and became a loan originator in 2020. I love making an impact for the better on people’s lives.

I am a bilingual Spanish speaker, finding incredible joy using my language skills to reach a wider customer base and help people who were not born here achieve the American Dream. I put myself in my customers’ shoes, allowing me to better understand what matters most to them and finding creative solutions and ways to say “yes” when other lenders say “no.”

I love guiding my clients through the entire process, from establishing good credit through purchasing their first — or next — home. That dedication draws real estate agents to me. They know I care about their customers and want to build long-term relationships. Agents especially appreciate the attention and communication I provide, ensuring the entire experience is positive.

My goals include reaching more borrowers, educating them on the mortgage process, setting them up for a successful homebuying experience, and sometimes even getting them into homes they thought were out of reach. I believe success means knowing yourself and using your strengths and talents to help others and make them happy.

I was raised in Silver Spring, Maryland. I’m a nature and museum lover, and often go canoeing and hiking, but most of my outdoor time is spent watching my daughter develop her equestrian skills.
