Charles Naivar brings over 20 years of financial and home loan experience to his work as senior mortgage loan originator. He enjoys working with homebuyers and homeowners, as well as referral partners including realtors, contractors, and homebuilders.

Charles's approach is to create a smooth loan process by consulting his clients throughout their home financing, ensuring that they thoroughly understand each step and the options available to meet their needs effectively and affordably. He strives to streamline and simplify the process, from application to closing.

Charles's career in the mortgage and financing business began more than 20 years ago as vice-president of Mid-States Financial Group in Wilmington, NC. He went on to serve as president/owner of Paragon Mortgage Corporation in Audubon, PA for 16 years. Prior to joining CrossCountry Mortgage, he spent several years as a home mortgage consultant.

Charles proudly served in the United States Navy for six years, specializing in its Nuclear Power Program and spending significant time onboard a nuclear fast attack submarine. As a result, he particularly enjoys assisting his fellow Veterans with their home financing needs. Charles attended NC State School of Engineering and the Cameron School of Business at UNC Wilmington. He currently resides in Phoenixville, PA with his wife, Marcy, whom he met 5 years ago when he worked on refinancing her home! They married in 2016, and are kept very busy with 4 teenagers in their new combined family.
