About Dennis

In 2006, a family member had an elderly uncle that needed additional income to help cover the cost of their monthly in-home care. I originated my first reverse mortgage for him and discovered a new passion: Helping homeowners access the equity they’ve built over decades. Since then, I’ve gained the knowledge and expertise to assist senior homeowners and their financial advisors by using a reverse mortgage as a part of their retirement income planning.

My knowledge of how a Home Equity Conversation Mortgage (HECM) can help clients has been invaluable to many. With the support of CrossCountry Mortgage’s HECM Team, I’m dedicated to educating and assisting homeowners aged 62 and older. Whether you’re planning retirement or already in your golden years, I’m excited to work with you soon!

Born and raised in the Golden State, I joined the U.S. Navy in 1976 and was honorably discharged in 1980. Afterward, I spent 25 years in the retail floral industry, owning three flower shops with my wife. We’ve been married since 1991 and have two adult children, a daughter-in-law, and one grandchild. When we’re free, we enjoy camping, traveling, and serving within our church and community.
