About Shinichi

I’m proud to be a bilingual loan officer who speaks Japanese and English. I serve all islands of Hawaii and am particularly interested in helping older borrowers who may be considering aging in place.

I take time to understand your goals and priorities so I can offer a mortgage that’s right for you. You may be a first-time homebuyer or a long-time homeowner. You may be buying an investment property or planning a renovation. I offer a wide range of home loan programs including FHA, VA, USDA, and HECM (Home Equity Conversion Mortgage) as well as conventional and jumbo.

Community service is an important part of my life. My volunteer work includes teaching Japanese in a senior center and being a board member of a not-for-profit case management company serving seniors in the county of Hawaii.
