In the early 2000s, a member of the country club where I was an assistant golf pro took me under his wing. I charged into the home loan space and worked hard to become a "point guard LO," and a facilitator for all parties involved in every transaction from start to finish.
Since then, I've dedicated my career to providing the best customer service the mortgage industry will ever see. After hearing a quote from an interview in which the keys to success were "I treat every client like they are my only client, and I always answer my phone." I said "I can do that," and I do. I answer the phone promptly whenever possible and return emails and texts right away.
I try to under-promise and over-deliver. If I don't know an answer, I don't "B.S." I get the correct answer. That's how I'm able to provide every client and partner with the care, commitment and transparency they deserve during the home financing process.
I grew up in a Philadelphia suburb and pursued my goal of becoming a golf teaching pro before switching to mortgage origination. I also owned a Philly Pretzel Factory franchise and sold it to buy a "shot'n'beer" bar that I still have today.
