About Carmel

Hi, my name is Carmel Perez, and I'm excited to help you open the doors to homeownership! I got my start in home financing in 2020 to help my sister grow her mortgage business. That led me to discover my passion for helping people achieve their homeownership dreams – which I proudly do today.

As a loan officer, I meet people where they are and help them make a plan to get where they want to go. I’ve had people come back to me after two years of planning and accomplish their dream of homeownership. If you stick to the plan, it will work!
