When I was a senior in college, I took an internship with a company called Norwest Financial, which eventually became Wells Fargo Financial. At the time, my role was to sell credit cards and personal, auto, and mortgage loans. The first home loan I wrote was a refinance for a couple who had a large amount of debt. We consolidated all of it into one loan, reducing their monthly financial obligation by hundreds. The feeling of joy I got from helping them confirmed that the mortgage industry was for me.
Since then, I’ve advanced to a number of leadership roles. Helping clients with one of the biggest and most important financial transactions of their life is a unique opportunity to make a difference. When we help families to become homeowners, we’re also helping referral partners grow their business, which expands our company and positively impacts the overall success of our team. My intent is to cultivate a lineup of the best like-minded individuals who deliver first-class service to their clients and partners.
Since 2003, I’ve managed, mentored, and coached individuals to achieve and exceed their ambitions. I start by identifying strengths and opportunities, and giving fair treatment. Whether you’re fresh out of college or an experienced veteran, I want to help you not only attain, but surpass your career goals. If you are a mortgage professional and looking to take your career to the next step give me a call. You can be a loan officer assistant looking to become a loan officer, a self-sourced loan officer looking to grow your production and/or move into a management role, or a manager looking to grow your team or into new markets, my biggest priority is to make your path to success a reality.
I grew up in in northern New Jersey in Bergenfield. Afterward, I earned a bachelor’s degree from Marist College in Poughkeepsie, NY. Outside of work I enjoy being with my wife and our two little daughters.
