Cleveland, Ohio, April 28, 2022…Online voters have selected April (Ape) Bleakney, a Cleveland-based graphic artist specializing in screen printing, as the winner of Round 3 in the CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) “Paint the District” competition. The yearlong competition – concluding this summer – will award one local artist the opportunity to create a work for permanent display in CCM’s new corporate headquarters in Cleveland’s Superior Arts District.

Cleveland Metroparks today announced the Cleveland Metroparks Race Series presented by CrossCountry Mortgage. The new race and walk series features four unique races across Cleveland Metroparks and Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and is designed to encourage exploration and exercise throughout the year.

Bryan and his family were recently notified of the cash prize following a special behind-the-scenes tour and surprise reunion at the Browns’ CrossCountry Mortgage Campus in Berea. Cleveland Metroparks Zoo and CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM) today kicked-off a long-term project to create the Primate Forest, a 140,000 square foot world-class indoor destination that will transform and significantly expand the Zoo’s RainForest and create a new home for the Zoo’s gorillas and orangutans.
