Employees took online surveys and honorees were determined and ranked based solely on their survey feedback scores. Based on results, 150 companies were chosen to be featured in terms of their size and employee count. CrossCountry Mortgage, LLC ranked 22nd out of the “large company” division, which includes organizations with more than 300 employees.
