Launching our new home in the Superior Arts District.

We’ve officially broken ground on our 168,000-square-foot campus at 2152-2160 Superior Avenue! Rich in Cleveland history, these four industrial buildings date back as early as 1913. We’re honored to restore and renovate them.

Our new home is the former headquarters, manufacturing, and warehouse facility for TAP Packaging + Design. The business was formerly known as The Chilcote Company, a manufacturer of paperboard products.

We’ll be making exciting enhancements like a new roof, utility upgrades, and installation of nearly 160 windows. New elevators and other changes will ensure compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act.

Our new corporate HQ amenities will include conference and training centers, a grab-and-go food pantry, a commercial kitchen that will be run by local restaurants, and an 8,600-square-foot gym.

Construction is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2021. We can’t wait to move in!

With a quick, 20-minute drive from Brecksville straight to the lake, CCM employees will make a new home in Cleveland’s Superior Arts District. Our new HQ is relocating to the block between East 21st and East 22nd streets along Superior Avenue.

We’re joining the city’s oldest arts district, which sits on the east end of downtown between East 18th and East 30th streets. Once known as the heart of Cleveland’s garment industry, the area is most influenced by over 150 working artists in surrounding spaces like the Tower Press Building, Lake Affect Studios, the Artcraft Building, and more!

In our city, it’s easy to notice the revitalization happening all around us. We believe preserving affordable spaces for artists and creating local jobs are essential to the growth and vitality in our new neighborhood. We’ll be sharing roadways, buses, sidewalks, and bike lanes with makers, performers, and visual creatives every day. As CCM builds up the block and workforce, we want to paint a portrait of support for these artists.

Get in on the ground floor.

Our big move will bring more than 600 full-time jobs to Cleveland. Join us during this exciting time!
