Pete Fickeisen joined CrossCountry Mortgage in 2022 as an Originating Branch Manager. Based in Massachusetts, Fickeisen is widely recognized as a Scotsman Guide top mortgage originator in the U.S., he is also ranked as a Top 1% in the country from 2009-2021 and recognized as a Boston Magazine Top Producer. Pete is ranked in the top 1000 for total volume in the United States!

During his impressive 20+ year career, Pete has successfully facilitated thousands of residential mortgage loans, amounting to over $1billion in total volume. He has worked to develop programs with the State of Massachusetts for first time homebuyers, served on multiple panels for leading loan originators, and is a sales & marketing coach for one of top mortgage coaching systems in North America.

Pete’s philosophy is to always put his clients’ needs first and maintain close relationships with them after their loans close. He believes he should serve a client and their extended family for life.

Pete lives on the South Shore with his wife, 3 boys and golden retriever “Chip”. He is an avid boater, skier, and loves to attend the games of his favorite Boston sports teams. He serves on the Board of Directors for Marshfield Youth Football, has helped raise money for Breast Cancer Research, Childhood Leukemia, the Home for Little Wanderers, and The Friends of Boston Homeless.
