Program requirements
- Available to first-time homebuyers
- Active Military, Veterans, and those who purchase in targeted areas do not need to be first-time homebuyers
- Government loans only
- Valid in Tucson & Pima counties only
- Must apply and gain approval before home closing
- Cannot be combined with any other federally secured products
