Alyssa’s Halloween Spaghetti

Enjoy a spooktacular dinner with your family this All Hallows’ Eve!


  • 16 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 24 oz. marinara sauce
  • 24 oz. pre-cooked frozen meatballs
  • 2-3 slices part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced black olives (to taste)
  • Pimento-stuffed green olives (to taste)


  1. Cook the spaghetti noodles, marinara sauce, and meatballs according to package directions.
  2. Mix sauce into the noodles until well combined. Form noodle nests by twirling spaghetti in a serving ladle with a fork before placing them in a serving bowl.
  3. After the meatballs have cooled slightly, cut out circles of mozzarella cheese and place one circle on each meatball. Add a black olive slice over each cheese circle.
  4. Place the meatball monster eyes around the noodle nests. Add green olives to taste.
  5. For a fun side dish, cut up strips of mozzarella cheese and use them to mummify bakery garlic bread. Bake the garlic bread in the oven at 375 degrees for about five minutes. Add a couple olive slices for mummy eyes to finish your terrifying and tasty meal!
