Jessie’s Sugar Cookie Latte

A red cup favorite you can make at home!


  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 ½ tsps. vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ tsps. almond extract
  • 3-4 drops imitation butter extract
  • 2 shots espresso
  • ½ cup oat milk
  • 1 tbsp. sugar cookie syrup
  • Ice
  • Heavy cream or plant-based cream
  • Whipped topping
  • Sprinkles


  1. In a small saucepan, stir together the brown sugar and water until the sugar dissolves. Bring to a low simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Add the extracts and remove your syrup from the heat.
  2. Fill a tall glass with ice and add your espresso, milk, and syrup. Stir to combine. Add a splash of cream, whipped topping, and sprinkles, if desired.
