Mrs. Montani’s Pumpkin Bread

Serving Size: 2 Loaves

  • 2 Cups Pumpkin
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 Cup Oil
  • 1/3 Cup Water
  • 3 ½ Cups Flour
  • 3 Cups Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1 ½ Teaspoon Salt

Combine pumpkin, eggs, oil, water and mix well. Mix dry ingredients together and add in the pumpkin mixture-mix very well. Pour into 2 greased 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 10 minutes, or until done!
