Jessie’s Banana Pudding

Say yes to this sweet, simple, no-bake dessert.


  • 4 bananas
  • 1 11 oz. box of vanilla waivers
  • 2 3.4 oz. instant vanilla pudding packages
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsps. powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract


  • In a large bowl, beat the milk, vanilla extract, and vanilla pudding packets together until thickened. Pour the condensed milk into the mixture and beat to combine.
  • In a separate bowl, beat the heavy whipping cream until you form stiff peaks. Add 2/3s of the whipped cream into the pudding mixture and gently fold in with a spatula.
  • Add the powdered sugar into the remaining 1/3 whipped cream and combine by folding with a spatula. Refrigerate until needed.
  • Add 1/4th of the vanilla wafers into the bottom of a trifle bowl, then add 1/4th of the bananas.
  • Spread 1/4th of the pudding mixture over the wafers and bananas. Repeat until you have four layers of wafer, banana, and pudding.
  • Top the final layer with the reserved whipped cream and decorate as desired. Cover and refrigerate for two hours before serving.
