Kelsey’s Spicy Feta Sauce

So good you’ll forget it’s good for you.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole milk or 2% plain Greek yogurt
  • 4 ounces crumbled feta
  • 1 roughly chopped jalapeno
  • 1 roughly chopped garlic clove
  • 1/2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsps. chopped fresh cilantro
  • 3 tbsps. chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 tsp. Kosher salt, plus additional to taste

Directions

  1. Add the yogurt, feta, jalapeno, garlic, lemon juice, cilantro, parsley, and salt to a blender. Process until smooth and well combined, scraping down the sides as needed. Taste and add more salt if desired.

Pour sauce into a shallow bowl and drizzle with olive oil on top. Garnish with additional chopped herbs and jalapeno for more spice or freshness!
