About George T. Schramm

I joined the mortgage industry almost by accident following the dot-com fallout in the late 90s. After working for CBS Sports, AOL, Rivals.com, and a few other internet companies, I realized it was a happy accident! 18 years later, I’m still here and loving every minute of it.

I pride myself on unmatched communication, market knowledge, and providing great care and attention to my clients and referral partners. I’ve built my business on real estate agents and clients who work with me and never look elsewhere for their home loan needs. I look forward to providing the same high level of service to you.

When you come to me for your home financing, I personalize the process. Each loan is as unique as the individual who brings their unique goals, circumstances, and priorities to their mortgage. Maybe a conventional loan will meet your requirements. Perhaps a jumbo mortgage is a better fit for your big dreams. Or you could qualify for programs like FHA, USDA, or VA. Whether you are purchasing, renovating, or refinancing, we will find the right product for your plans.

My consideration for you doesn’t end after finding a home loan. From pre-approval to closing and into the future, I will always answer your questions and make sure your mortgage continues to meet your changing circumstances. I look forward to starting your home financing journey.
