About Todd

My father had been in the mortgage industry and corporate banking all my life. In 1980, I was looking for a career in the field, so he assisted me in getting a position as an appraiser trainee. From there, I ascended to new roles as a loan officer, wholesale rep, branch manager, operations manager, and regional senior vice president at various banks and mortgage firms. Since 2008-09, my firm focus has been on originating home loans.

I offer a proven record of success and expertise in loan origination, appraisal, operations, credit analysis, capital markets, and senior management. As your loan officer, I’ll provide superior service based on my extensive background in all facets of home financing and building relationships by treating clients with respect and integrity. A little about me: I’m an avid sports fan and love all genres of music, from classic and progressive rock to jazz, opera, and classical. I enjoy cooking, fine dining, and spending time with family and friends.
