About Joy

As a professional in the mortgage lending industry since 1999, I have built my reputation on providing outstanding service to my clients. That means you can count on me to always look out for your best interests, and to keep you informed throughout every step of the lending process. It is my goal to help you find a loan that meets your goals and objectives. My goal for every one of my clients is to have the most amazing experience when buying or refinancing their home; so much so, you will want to refer your family, friends and co-workers to me! Communication is extremely important so I and my team are very available to my clients. We want to be your "Lender for Life"!

I believe in giving back to my community. My activities and affiliations include AISD Education Foundation Education Celebration, Women Inspiring Philanthropy, Rotary Club of Arlington Board of Directors and Junior League of Arlington. I was also awarded the P.T.A.’s Texas Life Member Award for outstanding service to youth. My husband Chad and I are the proud parents of three wonderful adult children, two grandchildren and enjoy cooking, watching sports and traveling in our spare time.
