About Tom

Tom McGuire graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a degree in Finance and has held positions in large corporations, as well as smaller local companies. Working at both large corporations and local companies has allowed him to understand how banks, mortgage companies and mortgage brokers interact.

Additionally, Tom has been exposed to the real estate industry his entire life. Tom’s father has been selling real estate in the Vacaville area – where he grew up – for over 40 years and his sister joined him on the sales side 17 years ago. Therefore, if you have any questions about what your real estate in Solano County is worth, whether to refinance, or simply general real estate questions, Tom has the knowledge and the resources to serve your needs. As one of the top mortgage lenders in Solano County for the past 10 years, he is confident that he can find the right loan to improve your current financial condition as well as assist you in realizing your long-term financial goals. The home buying process can seem challenging, but having the right people and resources by your side can make all the difference.
