About Wilfredo

I have been working in the real estate residential lending as a loan officer for the past 8 years. I am committed to help families obtain the dream of homeownership, and guiding them throughout the entire process from pre-qualification to closing.

My work ethic is relentless to provide my clients with an extraordinary customer service, and to ensure they receive the best financing options available. My mission is to carefully guide my clients through the entire home loan process, so that they feel confident as they make choices about the many options available.

I enjoy working as a loan officer and although every client is different, my approach is the same with every client in order to identify their needs and I work diligently to meet those needs.

CrossCountry Mortgage focuses exclusively on residential lending and is an approved seller and servicer of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Ginnie Mae. We offer financing in all 50 states, and also offer Specialty niche lending programs including non-QM.

If you are looking to buy your first home, second home, investment property, or refinancing your existing home, I am ready to assist you using any of the multiple programs we offer.

While I currently live in Boston, I was born and grew up in El Salvador. I am able to assist my referral partners and clients in both English, and Spanish.
