About Joseph

I was born in Miami, Florida, moved to South Korea when I was three years old, and returned to the U.S. when I was 10. I graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with my bachelor’s degree in accounting. After college, I moved to California and worked as a cost accountant for three years.

I was introduced to the mortgage industry by a family member who knew about my passion for the real estate industry. I started as a loan processor, where I learned the ins and outs of home financing.

I am a detail-oriented guy who is great with numbers and can tackle mortgage scenarios from different angles. I specialize in assisting with first-time homebuyers, refinances, investment properties, and second home purchases. I offer a wide range of products from conventional and jumbo to FHA, VA, and renovation loans. I am also fluent in Korean and English.

Together, we will walk through the steps of your home financing journey and find a plan that works best for you. You can reach out to me through phone, text, and email. I am happy to meet up for a coffee or get together at our office to discuss your mortgage in person. My goal is to educate you on your home loan options, find the right fit together, and answer any questions you have along the way. When I am not working, I love playing golf, watching NBA, and watching movies. I would be honored to assist you with your home financing needs.
