Scotsman Guide Top Mortgage Lender: CCM was ranked third in the country as a top retail mortgage lender, according to Scotsman Guide. In addition, more than 230 of its loan officers appeared on the Scotsman Guide Top Originators list, a leading performance benchmark for mortgage industry organizations and professionals. CCM loan officers also were recognized on the publication’s Top Women Originators, Top Veteran Originators, and Top Emerging Stars lists.

National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators list: 12 CCM loan officers were named on the prestigious NAHREP Top 250 Latino Mortgage Originators list, which recognizes the dedication and hard work that loan officers put in to create sustainable homeownership for Latino families. For the sixth year in a row, CCM’s Phoenix-based loan originator Lizy Hoeffer earned the number one spot.

Northeast Ohio Top Workplaces: For the seventh consecutive year, CCM received the Northeast Ohio Top Workplaces Award from Cleveland.com and The Plain Dealer.
