CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM), the nation’s number one retail mortgage lender for the third consecutive year, set a new company record with 679 loan officers recognized on the 2026 Scotsman Guide Top Originators list — more than any other lender for the second year in a row.

CrossCountry Mortgage continues to see growth
CCM has seen significant year-over-year growth in its presence on the list, up 34% from 504 Top Originators in 2025, with a combined total production from ranking originators up from $24 billion to nearly $34 billion.
Published annually, Scotsman Guide‘s Top Originators list is the industry’s most comprehensive rankings of the nation’s top-producing residential loan officers. More than 5,000 entries industry-wide were submitted for the 2026 rankings. To qualify, originators must have produced at least $25 million in residential loan volume or closed 75 loans during 2025.
