CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM), the nation’s number one retail mortgage lender for the third consecutive year, is helping students across Northeast Ohio start the school year ready to learn. Through CCM Cares, CCM employees donated over 8,000 school supply items and volunteered their time to support Fox 8’s annual Stuff the Bus school supply drive benefiting Shoes and Clothes for Kids (SC4K)
“At CCM, we believe making a difference starts with showing up for the communities we call home,” said Laura Soave, Chief Brand Officer at CCM. “Our employees didn’t just donate school supplies. They gave their time and came together around a shared goal of helping local students start the school year with the tools they need to succeed. That kind of community impact is what CCM Cares is all about.”
CCM employees helped fill 20 school buses with essential school supplies and presented SC4K with an additional $2,500 donation to help provide students with other necessities throughout the school year.
CCM Cares reflects CCM’s ongoing commitment to supporting children, families and communities throughout the year. From Youth Day at the Cleveland Metroparks Zoo to holiday celebrations for local youth organizations and experiences for community groups at Cleveland Browns Training Camp, CCM employees continue to find ways to give their time, resources and support to causes that matter most in their communities.
