CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM), the nation’s number one distributed retail mortgage lender, honored current and former Military Members throughout Veterans Month with a series of impactful initiatives that celebrate their service and sacrifices.

Supporting USO Holidays
The holidays are a time for family and togetherness, but for those serving in the Military, it can mean missing out on cherished traditions at home. Through USO Holidays, USO Centers and Mobile Teams bring programming and holiday-themed care packages to service members and their families around the world.
As the Official Mortgage Partner of the Cleveland Browns and sponsor of the team’s 2025 Salute to Service game, CCM presented a $25,000 donation to the USO during a special on-field recognition at the November 16 game. The contribution will help the USO continue spreading holiday cheer and connection to Service Members throughout the holiday season.

Honoring Local Veterans
CCM also partnered with the Northeast Ohio Foundation for Patriotism (NEOPAT) to host 60 local Veterans as flag barriers during opening ceremonies at the 2025 Cleveland Browns Salute to Service game. NEOPAT provides critical support and resources to Veterans and their families, helping ease the challenges that come with Military Service and transition to civilian life.
Surprising a Local Veteran & Educator
Earlier this month, CCM joined forces with the Cleveland Browns to surprise a local veteran and Cleveland Metropolitan School District (CMSD) educator with a once-in-a-lifetime Super Bowl experience. The trip, gifted by CCM, included round-trip travel and hotel accommodations, while Super Bowl tickets were provided through the Browns Give Back platform as part of the NFL’s Super Bowl ticket giveaway program.
The surprise took place during a charitable event hosted by CCM and Browns Give Back in partnership with the USO at Lincoln-West School of Science and Health on November 10.
