Hello! I’m Joel, a dedicated loan officer bringing executive-level experience and attention to my team at America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender. I’ve helped hundreds of homeowners finance their homes since 2013. As a teenager, I grew up surrounded by the real estate industry and was hired as an intern by a local mortgage lender. Shortly after graduating from Indiana University – Bloomington in 2010 with a Bachelor of Arts in Telecommunications Management with a focus in business marketing, I began my full-time career in mortgages.

Building trust and confidence in each relationship is my goal with every transaction. I quickly pick up on things from my clients and know what they need to do or provide ahead of time, rather than waiting for an underwriter to explain a rule or request more information.
