CrossCountry Mortgage (CCM), the nation’s number one retail mortgage lender, is proud to announce that 135 of its female loan officers have been recognized on the 2025 Scotsman Guide Top Women Originators list. This represents a significant increase from last year, nearly doubling CCM’s female representation on the list.

In addition to having the most women on the list, CCM had five women ranked among the top 50, including Lauren Maxwell, Amy Harvell, Tiffany Whalen, Julie Johnson and Padi Goodspeed. Their rankings are a reflection of the exceptional performance, leadership and talent of CCM’s female originators at the highest level.
“While the mortgage industry has historically been male dominated, our CCM women are changing that,” said Ron Leonhardt, CCM Founder and CEO. “We’re proud to see so many of our female loan officers leading the way.”
