Jake and his wife Annie currently reside in Windsor, CO with their two daughters, Lucy and Ruby. They are currently in the process of growing their family through adoption. As a family rooted in philanthropy, the Cadwell's volunteer with their church student ministry and the Redemption Road Fitness Foundation.

In his free time Jake enjoys CrossFit, outdoor activities, and spending time with his family.
