Hello, I’m Delaney! I’m an East Coast native with roots in the D.C. area, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Charlotte! I spent the first six years of my professional life in corporate banking, starting with interest rate and commodity risk management before moving to corporate underwriting for companies in the technology and defense industries. After purchasing a home of my own, I joined the mortgage industry to help others accomplish their dream of homeownership (ask me about my experience – it’s a good story!)

Off the clock, I have many hobbies, including flower drying, aquarium keeping, and car racing. I also love the outdoors, reading, philosophy, and animals, and I share my home with many fancy goldfish and a couple of exotic cats.
