After nearly a decade in the Landscaping and Lawn Care service industry, from 1970 to 1986 Wayne gained practical experience in Retail and Retail Management of regional businesses in the Home Improvement and Interior Decorating/Design fields. From 1985 through 1999 he put that knowledge to use as a Full Time Top Producing REALTOR where he met and worked hand in hand with industry Leaders helping his Customers and Clients obtain the home of their dreams. In 1999 he made the decision to "switch sides of the desk" into Mortgage Lending and has never looked back. To this day, he feels he can help more people with their desire to own a home by helping them obtain the funds they need to complete the purchase or refinancing of the home they love and over the course of his life has helped hundreds of people do just that.

As for his lifelong hobbies, Wayne is an avid musician and loves riding his motorcycles. In fact, he rides so much that his Customers and Business Partners have taken to calling him the "Loan Officer On A Bike".
