About Michelle

Before focusing on home financing, I spent several years in banking, where I discovered my passion for helping individuals and families achieve their homeownership dreams. I have been a mortgage loan officer since 2005 and am licensed in Maryland, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina. I pride myself on my exceptional communication skills and extensive background in customer service, which allow me to provide my clients with comprehensive, personalized support throughout the home financing process. Educating my clients and business partners is a passion of mine. I ensure they are well-informed and confident in their decisions. My commitment to building lasting relationships is evident in my loyal client base, who trust my expertise and guidance.

As a Certified Veteran Mortgage Advisor, I specialize in VA loans, offering expertise to veterans and their families. In addition to VA loans, I offer a variety of loan programs, including USDA, FHA, and Conventional loans. I also provide down payment assistance programs and non-traditional financing options such as DSCR loans and bank statement loans.

Outside of work, I enjoy camping, reading, and spending time with my family. I was honored to receive the Ambassador of the Year award in 2023 from the CVBA Chamber. I also enjoy volunteering in my community and am actively involved with Habitat for Humanity and the Franklin County Veteran's Affairs.
