About Ric

Hi, I’m Ric Beaudoin, and I’ve specialized in residential mortgage lending since 1988. I received my degree in economics from Boston College in 1973 and worked in retail banking for over 15 years before transitioning to mortgage lending. For the past 38 years, I’ve called North Reading home, where I raised my four children and continue to be an active member of the community.

At the Salem, NH branch of America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I bring decades of experience and a personalized approach to each client’s unique situation. I still enjoy meeting borrowers in the comfort of their own homes, when requested, to provide a more personalized experience.
