Hi, I’m Gerald, a senior loan originator who’s been working in the industry since 2011. Before home financing, I was a successful residential builder and land developer for 30 years. This experience helps me provide clients with the expertise needed to finance their mortgage, new home construction, or lot purchase for future construction.

As a believer in giving back through community service, I’ve served as a director and past president of a non-profit providing housing for the elderly. From this, I’ve gained extensive experience working with seniors, giving me valuable insight into assisting those who can benefit from a Reverse Mortgage.
