Nicole (Niki) Sullivan comes to the reverse mortgage industry with a wealth of information derived from her background in financial services. She graduated from California State University, Chico with a degree in Financial Management in 1995. From there she went to work for her dream company, Franklin Templeton Investments. She spent her time there working with clients, financial advisors and management of top financial institutions. Nicole also got her series 6, 63 and 7 while she was at Franklin. From there she went onto Stephens Investments where she built a brand new sales channel of the Wells Fargo Mutual Funds.
After she created this new territory, she took 18 years off to raise her three children, Megan, Emma and Colin with the help of her husband Casey. Being a very active person, she continued to work on her profession by getting her her real estate brokers license and her NMLS mortgage license. She also helped her father in his financial advising business and her husband, Casey with his home lending business at Summit Funding through marketing and direct sales. Niki’s passion of diversification, financial management and home loans led her to her dream of helping retirees have more freedom.
In 2019, she started her reverse mortgage path at Summit Funding, Mutual of Omaha Mortgage, and then soon found a home in 2021 at CrossCountry Mortgage, which she plans to stay for many years to come. She prides herself on calling all her past client’s family and stays in regular contact with them to ensure that their reverse mortgage is helping them to reach their retirement goals. Because of Niki’s background and experience she enjoys working with Financial planners to help with retirement planning. She also specializes in reverse for purchase helping many local realtors and builders help their clients find their dream retirement home.
