My background and specialization is in jumbo and private bank portfolio residential mortgage products in all 50 states. My skillset is in complex mortgage transactions and performing comprehensive credit analysis. Other Professional Specialties: First Time Home Buyers, Relocation, New Construction, Condo, and Co-ops.
I am well versed in self employed and alternative income analysis such as: corporation and partnership cash flows; K-1 distribution breakdowns; asset reviews of dividend, interest, dissipation and capital gains; and multi layered trusts and pass through entities.
Since 2009, I have originated over 1.1 Billion in loan volume, helping 1,900 families with their home purchases and refinances.
Prior to my current position, I was a Private Mortgage Banker, Senior Account Executive, Credit Analyst, and spent ten years in development/physical production on various independent and studio productions in New York, Los Angeles, and Toronto. Most of my tenure in the film industry was under legendary Executive Producer Michael Hausman (Nobody’s Fool, Man on The Moon, Gangs of New York). In addition, I was a former teaching tennis professional at the Nick Bollettieri Tennis Academy in Bradenton Florida and Deerfield, Massachusetts.
I have served as Board Member for the Faded Red Rugby Alumni Association for Cornell University’s Rugby Programs and am actively involved with the Ivy League Rugby Conference. My family and I are active Members of St. Andrews Episcopal Church, Pittsburgh, PA and supporters of The Ellis School, Pittsburgh, PA and Temple Sinai, Pittsburgh, PA.

Paul has 20+ years of experience in the financial and banking industry. Paul started his career in management at HSBC consumer banking and Farmers National Bank then became an independent mortgage broker before joining Vincente Stasolla in Private Mortgage Banking. Paul is skilled in helping clients understand and navigate the upfront mortgage application and origination process. Government or Jumbo loans – large or small loans. Paul explains the process and products in an easy to understand way.
Rachel:
Rachel is an experienced Production Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the banking industry. She started her career in mortgage operations at Mellon and Washington Mutual, then rose to a high level portfolio underwriter at Wells Fargo before joining origination at their Private Bank. Rachel is skilled in communication, underwriting, organizational work flow, Credit Risk, and compliance.
Juliane:
Juliane is an Operations Manager with successful experience in the mortgage banking sector. Juliane started her career at WAMU and PNC in their processing and closing operations where she was assigned to the top producing sales team in the Northeast. For the last 10 years, Juliane has managed the office and marketing operations for the Wells Fargo Private Mortgage Banking Pittsburgh Offices.
