Hi, I’m Carl, and I’m not your typical mortgage loan officer. My diverse background allows me to see things from many perspectives, which makes me a unique commodity in this market. Before joining the mortgage industry, I spent 25 years teaching a wide variety of subjects and coaching different sports. These skills help me guide clients quickly through the approval process and into their new homes.

Teaching is ingrained in my core, and I believe in educating my clients about their best options. Homebuying can be stressful, but being informed makes the process positive and enjoyable.
