In 2021, I was ranked nationally as a Top Originator by Scotsman Guide and as one of the Top 1% Mortgage Originators in America by Mortgage Executive magazine. I have achieved national rankings as a top producer since 2006 and won many achievement awards at my previous companies.

I treat every transaction as if it were my own. My background in finance allows me to provide you with a well-rounded, insightful approach to your mortgage. I have special expertise in condo lending, mortgage bond trading (and how this impacts mortgage rates), and jumbo lending, but I am here for all of your home financing needs.

I graduated from the University of Iowa with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a focus on finance and information systems. I was a regular member of the dean's list and graduated with a 3.63 cumulative GPA. I then began my career in finance at major national corporations, first as a financial advisor, and later as top producing loan originator.

As a kid watching the Chicago Cubs on WGN, I dreamed of moving to Chicago. I eventually spent more than 15 years there, living in and loving many neighborhoods throughout the city.

I now live just outside of Charlotte, North Carolina, in the Cornelius area, with my beautiful wife Kristen and my daughters Norah, Colet, and Parker. I enjoy watching sports, spending time with my family, and volunteering with my wife for the March of Dimes.
