My name is Shane Kennedy, and I am a Loan Officer with CrossCountry Mortgage. I joined The Nicholas Team after graduating from Manhattan College with a degree in Finance and Psychology. I immediately fell in love with helping others achieve their dreams of homeownership, so I knew the mortgage industry was the perfect fit for me. As a local lender in NY and NJ I pride myself on communication and making sure you close on time with no surprises and at a budget you can afford. I offer a wide range of loan programs, from FHA and VA to conventional and jumbo. Everyone’s goals are different, and my recommendations will respect your unique circumstances, leaving you in the best possible financial situation.When I’m not in the office I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. My hobbies include going for walks, trying new restaurants, and playing on my Men’s League hockey team.
