Hello! My name is Heather Weddle, and I’m a loan officer at the Cleveland, OH, branch. I believe getting a mortgage shouldn’t feel overwhelming; it should feel like you have someone in your corner every step of the way. Before joining the mortgage industry, I spent years as a coach, business owner and leader. The mindset I gained from coaching is the mindset I still have today. I’m not here to simply get you to the closing table; I’m here to guide you through the process, answer the questions you didn’t know to ask and help you build a strategy that fits your goals.
Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer, upgrading to your next home, refinancing or growing your investment portfolio, I’m here to guide you every step of the way. Backed by America’s #1 Retail Mortgage Lender, I strive to make the mortgage experience personal, transparent and stress-free!

A good credit score typically starts at 620 for conventional loans, while FHA and VA loans may accept scores as low as 500, though higher scores offer better terms. A strong credit score can help you secure lower interest rates, saving you significant money over the life of a home loan.

HELOCs function like a credit card, giving access to funds up to a set limit, which can be used for expenses like renovations or debt consolidation. You only pay interest on the amount you borrow, and the repayment terms typically include a draw period followed by a repayment period.
